Welcome to the International Women's Day Las Vegas 2027 (IWD) online portal and application form. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any interaction, application submission, or purchase related to the IWD Las Vegas 2027 event.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting the Model Application Questionnaire, purchasing an event Ticket (General or VIP), or committing to a Sponsorship Tier, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Event Details and Changes

  • Date and Venue: The specific date and venue for the International Women's Day Las Vegas 2027 Fashion Show are currently To Be Announced (TBA). By purchasing a ticket or sponsorship, you acknowledge that you are committing to the event regardless of the final date or location (within the Las Vegas metropolitan area).

  • Modifications: IWD reserves the right to modify the event format, schedule, speaker lineup, or model participation at any time without prior notice.

  • Force Majeure: IWD is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, or natural disasters.

3. Model Application Terms

The following conditions apply specifically to applicants submitting the Model Application Questionnaire:

  • Eligibility: Applicants must meet the submission requirements outlined in the questionnaire. IWD values diversity and inclusivity and accepts applications from women of all ages, ethnicities, and sizes.

  • Selection Process: Submission of an application does not guarantee selection as a model. All selections are subject to an internal review process and required follow-up interviews conducted by Maria and the IWD selection team.

  • Use of Story: By submitting your application, you grant IWD a limited, non-exclusive license to use the story and transformation details provided in your responses for the sole purpose of evaluating your candidacy for the 2027 event. We will not publish or publicly share your story without your explicit, separate written consent.

  • Non-Compensation: Participation in the application and interview process is unpaid. Models selected for the event will be subject to a separate, formal Model Agreement detailing participation terms.

4. Ticket and Sponsorship Sales

  • Pricing: All pricing for Tickets and Sponsorship Tiers is final as listed on the website funnel, subject to change until purchase is completed.

  • Final Sale Policy: All ticket and sponsorship sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, transfers, or exchanges, even in the event of your inability to attend or cancellation/rescheduling of the event (as per Section 2).

  • Tax Write-Off: While IWD is pursuing non-profit status, any representation regarding tax write-offs for sponsorships is not a guarantee. Sponsors should consult their own tax professional regarding the deductibility of contributions.

5. Intellectual Property (IP)

  • Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content, including your photos and personal story, that you submit to IWD.

  • IWD Content: All content on the IWD website (including branding, logos, graphics, and text) is the property of IWD and protected by copyright law. You may not use this content without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

IWD, its organizers, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or your participation (or non-participation) in the IWD Las Vegas 2027 event.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
