When you submit the Model Application Questionnaire, we collect the following types of information ("Application Data"):

  • Personal Identification and Contact Information: Your full name, phone number, email address, city, and state of residence.

  • Demographic and Physical Details: Your age, height, and current clothing size.

  • Qualifying Information: Your answers to questions regarding your transformational journey, modeling experience, and commitment to the event schedule.

  • Media: Any uploaded photos (headshot and/or full body).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the Application Data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Application Screening and Selection: To evaluate your suitability as a model for the IWD Las Vegas 2027 Fashion Show based on your personal story and alignment with the event's mission of transformation and empowerment.

  • Communication: To contact you regarding the status of your application, schedule follow-up interviews, and provide necessary information about rehearsals and the event.

  • Event Planning: To manage logistics, including costume fitting and stage presentation, if you are selected as a final model.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We respect the confidentiality of your personal journey and application details.

  • Internal Use Only: Your Application Data, especially the detailed answers regarding your personal transformation and story (Questions 8–11), will be shared only with Maria and the core IWD selection team for the purpose of model vetting and selection.

  • No Sale to Third Parties: We will not sell, trade, or rent your Application Data to any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights, property, or safety of IWD, our models, or others.

4. Media and Public Disclosure

  • Selected Models Only: If you are selected as a model for the IWD Las Vegas 2027 event, portions of your story, photos, and name may be used in official event materials, promotional content, or announced on stage, but only with your specific, written consent through a separate Model Agreement signed upon selection.

  • Non-Selected Applicants: Application Data and photos for applicants who are not selected will be retained only for a reasonable period following the event's conclusion for record-keeping and may be securely deleted thereafter.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures designed to protect your Application Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure.

By submitting the Model Application Questionnaire, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
